The journal publishes manuscripts written exclusively in English. Manuscripts submitted for publication must be original contributions, not previously published, and not under consideration by any other publisher.

1. General Requirements

  • The manuscript must be an authentic research result that implies novelty and scientific contribution.
  • The manuscript must be free from plagiarism. The editorial board will strictly reject texts that indicate plagiarism (>20%) using Turnitin Turnitin.
  • The manuscript should consist of 5000-7000 words (including references).
  • Paper format: A4-sized (210x297 mm) with margins: 2.54 cm (top, bottom, left, right).
  • Font: Book Antiqua, 12pt, with 1.15 line-spacing, single column.
  • Arabic Transliteration: Arabic terms must follow the Library of Congress (LC) transliteration style. Non-English words should be in Italic.

2. Manuscript Structure (IMRAD)

The manuscript must follow the standard scientific article structure:

  1. Title: Concise, informative, and specific (max 15 words). No uncommon abbreviations. Written in 14pt Bold, aligned left.
  2. Abstract & Keywords: Written within 150-250 words. It must encapsulate the background, objectives, methods, key findings, and conclusion. Followed by 3-5 keywords.
  3. Introduction: Must contain a general background, a rigorous literature review (state of the art) to demonstrate the Gap Analysis (what distinguishes this research from previous studies), and clearly state the research objective/hypothesis.
  4. Methods: detailed explanation of research design, data collection, and data analysis techniques so that the research is reproducible.
  5. Result and Discussion: This is the most important part. The results must strictly answer the research questions. The discussion must interpret the findings, compare them with previous studies (support/contrast), and explain the implications.
  6. Conclusion: Summarizes the main findings and provides recommendations or future research directions. Do not repeat text from the results section.
  7. Tables & Figures:
    • Tables must not contain vertical lines. Horizontal lines are allowed only for headers and the bottom.
    • Images/Figures must be high resolution (min. 300 dpi) and clearly readable.
    • Titles: Table title is placed above the table; Figure caption is placed below the figure.

3. References (Scopus Standard)

  • Total references should be at least 30 sources.
  • Minimum 80% of references must come from primary sources (Reputable Scientific Journals) published in the last 10 years.
  • Citation style follows APA Style 7th Edition.
  • Authors are REQUIRED to use the reference management tool Mendeley Mendeley.

4. Blind Review Policy

To ensure a double-blind peer review, the author’s name, email, and affiliation MUST NOT appear in the manuscript file. These details should only be entered in the OJS metadata form during submission.
