Advertising Policy

Taro Gau: Journal of Islamic Studies maintains a strict separation between editorial content and advertising to ensure scholarly integrity.

To support the sustainability of the journal while maintaining the highest ethical standards, we adhere to the following advertising principles:

1. Editorial Independence

Editorial decisions are not influenced by current or potential advertisements. Advertisers and sponsors have no control over the peer-review process or the selection of manuscripts for publication. The Editor-in-Chief and the Editorial Board operate independently of any commercial interests.

2. Advertising Standards

  • The journal only accepts advertisements that are relevant to the academic, research, and Islamic studies community (e.g., book publications, academic conferences, or educational tools).
  • Advertisements must not be deceptive or misleading. They must be clearly identifiable as advertisements and distinguishable from editorial content.
  • The journal reserves the right to refuse or cancel any advertisement that is deemed inappropriate or incompatible with the journal's mission and Islamic values.

3. Placement and Appearance

Advertisements may appear in the print or online versions of the journal upon request. Online advertisements will be placed in a manner that does not interfere with the reading experience or the clarity of the scientific articles.

4. Complaints and Feedback

Readers and authors are encouraged to provide feedback or criticize any advertisement. If you believe an advertisement is inappropriate, please contact our editorial office.
