Tarogau: Journal of Islamic Studies is a peer-reviewed academic journal published by Sao Literasi Publisher, a unit managed by the Yayasan Pendidikan Khaerul Munif. The journal is dedicated to the scholarly study of Islamic knowledge and its integration with modern science. Taro Gau serves as a platform for researchers, scholars, and practitioners to disseminate their research findings.

Tarogau is an Open Access and double-blind peer-reviewed journal that publishes articles three times a year in April, August, and December. We invite scholarly works that discuss contemporary social issues related to local wisdom, urban society, and multicultural issues from an Islamic perspective. Taro Gau welcomes contributions in the field of Islamic Studies with various perspectives, such as:

Papers can be submitted at any time. The typical process includes:

  • Notification of Receipt: Within 1 week after submission.
  • Review Process: 4 - 8 weeks.
  • Notification of Acceptance: 2 weeks after review completion.
  • Publication: Last week of April, August, and December.
