About the Journal

Paggaukeng: Journal of Community Engagement and Multidisciplinary Service is a peer-reviewed academic journal published by Sao Literasi Publisher, a unit managed by the Khaerul Munif Education Foundation. The journal is focus on a broader platform for the publication of Community Service (Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat/PKM) works with a multidisciplinary perspective.

This journal is committed to publishing innovative, applied, and impact-oriented community engagement activities across various fields, including education, social sciences and humanities, religious studies, economics, public health, appropriate technology, environmental studies, and community empowerment based on local wisdom.

Paggaukeng is an open-access journal that welcomes submissions from academics, researchers, practitioners, students, and community service practitioners from diverse disciplines. All submitted manuscripts must be original works that have not been previously published or under consideration in any other journal or publication, and must demonstrate tangible contributions to community empowerment and social transformation.

The journal is published biannually, in May and November. Manuscripts are accepted on a rolling basis and processed through a structured peer-review cycle, including initial screening, peer review by subject experts, author revisions, and final editorial decisions prior to publication.

Paggaukeng aims to serve as an academic platform that bridges scholarly knowledge and practical community-based action, fostering sustainable social transformation through research-informed, collaborative, and multidisciplinary community engagement practices.

Paggaukeng uses the following cycles for each volume:

* Notification of Receipt: within a week after submission.

* Notification of Acceptance: 6 weeks.

* Revised submission: 4 weeks.

* Final Notification: 2 weeks.

* Publication: Last week of May/November
