Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

General Information

Manuscripts submitted to the journal must be original and have not been published or submitted to other journals. Articles may be written in English or Indonesian using formal academic language. Manuscripts should be prepared in Microsoft Word using Candara font, size 12 pt, with 1.5 line spacing and justified paragraphs.


Title

The manuscript title should clearly represent the content of the article and contain a maximum of 15 words. The title must be written using Candara font size 15 pt.

Author Information

Author names should be written without academic titles and followed by institutional affiliations. The corresponding author’s email address must be included.

Example:

Article Information

Please provide the following information:

  • Submission Date

  • Acceptance Date

  • Publication Date


Abstract

The abstract should summarize the background, objectives, methods, results, and conclusions of the article. The abstract must contain 100–250 words and be written in Candara 10 pt with 1.0 cm indentation from the left and right margins.


Keywords

Provide at least three keywords separated by semicolons.

education; community service; digital literacy


Manuscript Structure

Introduction

This section explains the background, research problems, objectives, literature review, and research gap. The introduction should demonstrate the importance and relevance of the study or community service activity.


Method

This section explains the research design, location, participants, data collection techniques, implementation procedures, and data analysis methods used in the study or community service activity.


Results and Discussion

This section presents the research findings and discusses them critically using relevant theories and previous studies. Tables, figures, and charts may be included when necessary.


Conclusion

The conclusion should summarize the main findings and answer the research objectives clearly and concisely. Recommendations for future studies may also be included.


Acknowledgements (Optional)

This section may be used to acknowledge institutions, funding agencies, collaborators, or individuals who contributed to the research or community service activity.


References

All cited references must be listed alphabetically using the citation style required by the journal, such as APA Style or Chicago Style. Authors are encouraged to use recent and relevant scholarly references. The use of reference management software such as Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote is recommended.
